Day by day
Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, your driver will meet you and transfer you to Forest Hill Hotel in Arusha. Get a thorough safari briefing, settle in, and experience a warm welcome. Before the adventure starts, the evening is free for relaxation and preparation.

Day 2: Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara National Park, famous for tree-climbing lions, hippos, elephants, and flamingos that thrive along the lakeshore. The park’s diverse ecosystems range from groundwater forests to open savannah. In the late afternoon, check in at Marera Valley Lodge, where you can relax and enjoy views of the surrounding highlands.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park
Depart for the legendary Serengeti National Park, passing through the Ngorongoro highlands. On arrival, begin your game drive across the endless plains, home to wildebeest, zebras, giraffes, and predators like lions and cheetahs. Overnight at Sound of Silence, a tented camp located in a prime wildlife area.
Full Day in Serengeti
Spend a full day exploring the Serengeti. Early morning and late afternoon drives maximize chances of seeing predators in action. Depending on the season, you might witness the Great Migration or large gatherings of wildlife around waterholes. Return to Sound of Silence for dinner and stargazing in the clear African night sky.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater
Travel to Ngorongoro Conservation Area for a game drive inside the famous Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The crater floor shelters an incredible concentration of wildlife including black rhinos, lions, and flamingos at the soda lakes. After a full day of exploration, drive back to Forest Hill Hotel in Arusha.

Day 6 - 8: Zanzibar Island
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival, you will be met and taken to Fruit and Spice Resort, located on the southwest coast. Spend the afternoon at leisure enjoying the beach, swimming pool, or a guided spice farm tour to learn about Zanzibar’s spice heritage.
Zanzibar Leisure and Excursions
Relax at the resort or choose optional activities. Popular experiences include a Stone Town tour through historic alleys, snorkeling at Mnemba Atoll, or a traditional dhow sunset cruise. You can also visit Jozani Forest to see the rare red colobus monkeys. Return to the resort for dinner overlooking the Indian Ocean.
Departure
Enjoy a final breakfast by the sea before your transfer to Zanzibar International Airport for your onward flight. This marks the end of your Tanzania safari and Zanzibar beach holiday.
